This freelancer license makes it easier for professionals and skilled workers to apply for a work permit without needing a company sponsorship. This permit allows holders to apply for residence visas and doesn't list an office space as mandatory requirement.

As an applicant, you will be required to provide documents that will serve as proof of your expertise in your area of practice. This can be a university degree or another certificate that demonstrates your professional experience.

If you are working in government sector will require an NOC (No Objection Certificate) from their employer. If you are selecting the Free Lance license for part time jobs, you have to submit the NOC to your employer.

This license is valid for two years, with annual renewals required after initial period has expired. The license holders can sponsor their family that visa will be valid for two years also. There is another way to apply for freelance permit, you contact with DED Department to register the license.
