- the study was conducted in one of the institutions which is not listed within the ministry of education recognized list based on one of the following modes of study (Distance learning/ Open learning/ External learning)
- students who did not obtain the licensure examination in the Philippines (PRC certificate)
- the study period proved to be less than the period required to obtain a bachelor's degree
- there was not enough evidence presented to confirm the authenticity of the degree etc.
