Emirates id copy
A copy of the food label for the food to be evaluated and / or registered(where the food label copy shall be detailed, clear and readable in both Arabic and English.)
A picture of the product in its final form to clarify the type of food package
In case of health or nutrition claims, an official certificate must be provided by the competent official authority in the country of origin confirming such claims.
